She did a great job sewing me up and was very kind she actually seemed to care which is rare in the ER
This doctor was incredibly rude, dismissive, and talks down to her patients in the ER. When I saw her in the ER she told me I just needed tums and that I just had acid reflux. After arguing with her for a while, she finally sent me in for cat scans and they found I had suffered a PE with 6 blood clots in my lungs. That’s a little bit different than acid reflux. If she would have listened to me as her patient in the ER, the issue would have been found quicker and my hospital admission would have been smoother. Maybe next time... read more

Dr. Bodes is a cut above other doctors. She excels in all areas of patient care. With her, I felt like a real person and not just a bar code on a wristband. I was so pleased with her contact with me after I left the hospital....even days after. St Luke's is a great place and is made better by doctors like Dr. Stephanie Bodes.
