I went do Dr illyaev recently for my first time recently and had a very nice experience. She was thorough, kind, and took the time to answer as many questions as I had. Maggie at the front desk was helpful when scheduling my follow up appointment and even helped later on when I had some trouble getting a medicine. I will be coming back
I used to take my uncle to this doctor she a great bedside manner. Her front desk staff however lot to be desired I told them when he died in May and they seemed upset but then in December they called to see if he wanted an appointment before end of year. I guess they never updated his chart. It brought back our grief. We sometimes had to wait a long time to see her.
