This doctor office is so unprofessional I have been calling for days to discuss my abnormal blood work i left messages nobody calls me back they don't pick up the phones and when they do answering service is horrible. They give everyone same appointment times and we are waiting for hours to be seen. Dr stella never conducted business like this we need her back at this location I am extremely disappointed and this is been going on for year's now
They are the worst service ever in everything, if you call for change at a pharmacy or anything, I called to change medication from the brand the generic one i have been calling for a week now, they picked my phone once and they did nothing to me , they do give a shit about you after you pay and leave the clinic
The office is super condensed and overcrowded. It took me more than an hour to get to see the doctor even though I came early and finished all the paperwork. Super bad management and poor people persona from the office assistant. So many people are at the office than it can handle!
