Thank you Dr. Gutow for fixing a bad procedure got wrong with a so called experienced urologist. I think you are very knowledgeable & did your job very well. I got relief from the mess you had to fix. Keep up the good work we need Dr like you that care about your patients not about the money
Dr. Gutow and his team performed robotic assisted removal of a kidney cancer. I was amazed with the efficient method and ease of the procedure. My recovery was just as amazing as the surgery. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone facing the same kidney situation!!
Dr. Gutow successfully performed the TURP procedure after diagnosing my enlarged prostate which was severely impairing my urinating. He listened to me explain my problem, performed a cystoscopy, then explained the TURP procedure with possible side effects to my wife and me. There was minimal bleeding after the procedure so allowed me to go home the same day. A very good experience.

Experience has been excellent. Had surgery to reduce size of prostate. Dr. Gutow was careful at every step explaining in detail what he would do and responding in detail to all questions.
The doctor seems OK so far. However, I have had three appointments postponed (within two days of the scheduled appointment) in the past three months after waiting a number of weeks to get the initial appointments. The postponements for several weeks at a time. due to "emergencies."
Administrator gave my phone number to appointment scheduling. They do not call, you can only reach billing to pay bills, nothing more. Dr Cancelled my appointment due to illness, that I understand. But never to be able to set appointments, being lied to by the Office Staff ... NEVER go here if you value your life!!! Avoid Albuquerque Urolgoy at all costs! I no longer trust this Doctor to Diagnose/Treat my neighbors dead cat!!!
Dr. Gutow is the Best Cancer Doctor in the State of New Mexico, he is a kind understanding Doctor with excellent knowledge of Cancer, He did my surgery and my recovery was great! I am so glad my Doctor referred me to him. Thank you Dr. Gutow! If you are facing a cancer scare, please consider Dr. Gutow as your Doctor, he truly is the best Doctor. My life is better because of him. KM
