awful customer service
Great doctor! But easily the worst customer service and phone system imaginable. For a local practice, you cannot even get a real person. Take my advice... you can improve healthcare in America by employing someone to answer the phone instead of a robot saying, "We will get back to you on the next business day"
The new phone system is terrible. Most of the time the staff can't even understand what is being said. Very confusing. Alot of the time it doesn't work at all (like today) 10/16. I miss the days of jamie answering the phone. In fact i miss when it was just a normal doctors office n they had more time per patients. I miss the days when it really was trail side health.
