Great company – I had three rooms of 20 year old carpet with lots of spots and matted areas. Leo gave an estimate over the phone, arrived at the time he said he would and he did a great job. The spots are gone and there was no chemical smell left behind. I am very pleased and would highly recommend Leo . It was heavenly!
Very reliable and I would use them again!!! – I just had dr steemer here to clean a couch and carpet. Both look brand new. I'm thrilled with the work he did. I would definitely recommend this company.
Customer Service Oriented. – Their supervisor himself inspected and redid the job. This is important because it means they care about customer satisfaction. They have the best tools and the experience. We are happy recommend them.
Dr Steemer – When i call they told me the price would be around $100 and because a dog where living in a house the price was 250 dollars. I agree after they assure me that with the $15,000 machine they have the carpet would be almost new after the cleaning. I came back after the job and the carpet was filthy. Their first answer was" there is nothing we can do about it", After i spoke with the manager 2 week ago they promise(2 week ago) to come to see if they could help me...never heard of them again. Bad bad bad choice!
Great Cleaning Job – This is an excellent carpet cleaning service, first I used their carpet cleaning service and I was very satisfied , than when I wanted to clean the old sofa and the rug I called Fort Lauderdale carpet cleaning business again and I received the same great service they giving. Cleaning is done with a sense of professionalism and perfection. The prices they charge are fair and reasonable
