I did 2 implants with Dr. Watt, had no issues. The entire process was smooth without any hiccups. I am looking forward to my 3rd implant and have requested my dentist to send me back to Dr. Watt. On another note the administration staff do not deliver a high level of customer service support to the patients. That surely brings down the rating.
I had a really disappointing experience at this dental office. I had an appointment at their clinic as i was referred by my dentist and i was trying my best to find their clinic as it was my first time visiting their clinic. I was surprised by how unprofessional the receptionist was. It was taking me long to find the clinic and I was calling her to please guide me as google maps was confusing me in different directions. Dr Lamwatt is a great Dentest he has put 2implants for me and did a flap aproach on one tooth he is very efficient I did not have any pain after the treatment I am very happy with the treatment I will recommend any one need treatment and the staff front desk and Assistant are very polite thanks everyone
