5 stars!!! Dr. Watkins & his team are amazing. I’ve been a patient for over 10 years; he’s also been my families Primary Care Physician for more than 15 years! From my very first visit (and every time thereafter), the front desk staff makes me feel welcomed and at ease. The interaction I had with the Office Staff this morning over the phone, similar to the last reviewer’s experience, was absolutely horrible. An escalation to the Office Manager I feel provided no resolution because I was told it was “her word against mine”. I wish their calls were recorded. The only saving grace is the providers are amazing. There simply is no reason for those answering the phone to lack compassion when you are dealing with patients going through very tough times.

The Doctors are awesome. The office staff is another story. If only someone would EVER answer the phone, Ever. I am astonished how years of reviews regarding disrespect from his phone answering staff still to this day, his front staff obviously continues the rude treatment of his patients over the phone, that's if they answer at all.
