Called to getting appointment was told.It would be eight weeks away. If Needed an appointment in 8 week. I would not have called today. I would not recommend this doctor to anybody
Dr Sam is the BEST. All physicians should strive to be as wonderful, knowledgeable, caring, patient, and thoughtful as Dr Sam. Excellent Internist.
It has been 2 weeks since our Blood work, Till now DR Did not call back to Discuss about the Labs and it is very hard to get to the front Desk. I got to get them connected only 2 times. one time they Said Labs have not yet come, only few came. and other time DR is not available. Leave a voice message no Response, When I asked them how about taking a look at the portal they said portal is not working, Very bad Experience, I would never suggest this to any body. Not prompt resp from Dr and also Front desk.
Dr. Sam is an EXCELLENT doctor! He is very thorough, knowledgeable and caring. I highly recommend him as a PCP and if you have to wait for an appointment do not be deterred by it he is absolutely worth the wait!
I have had a very positive experience with the doctor; however, I have had ongoing difficulty communicating with the front office staff. I have been trying for several days to obtain a referral that was supposed to be sent some time ago, but I have not received it. I have called multiple times without any response. Additionally, when I previously called to request my medical records, I was asked what they were for, which made the process feel unnecessarily difficult.
