I think doctors that only accept the best of insurance plans (which not everyone has) don’t really CARE about people and helping them,,,,it’s all about money and ins...sad!!!
I had a horrible experience with the receptionist. The first time I called to make an appointment she was extremely rude and spoke in a condescending tone. After I called to confirm the date of my appointment, she informed me I had missed it. I immediately apologized and asked to reschedule and she told me I could not go there anymore because I missed my first appointment with out calling them. This was a blessing in disguise, who would want to go to a doctor's office that is so cold and uninviting.
