I’ve been going here ever since I was a kid. I’ve had a few bad experiences. But he had to pull a lot of my baby teeth because they wouldn’t come out. They got me in very quickly and always made sure I was ok during the procedure. Always made sure I was numb. I don’t get all the bad reviews. Me Klee is a very honest doctor. My insurance denied a crown three times. He still kept trying to send it in and always appealed it. Only bad experience was when it took 6 hours for a root canal procedure. But he still got it done. I would NEVER go here again!!!! Back in 2020 I went in for my Invisalign. Over the years I made every single payment to have my teeth corrected. I eventually moved in 2021. Before moving in order for them send me the rest of my Invisalign out of state they require me to pay off my debt. Which I complied with. However, once I moved, I had reached out and contacted the dental assistant via text and phone calls in order to get my Invisalign trays on time, I waitedweeks and eventually over a month to get my final sets which caus... read more
This place has definitely gone downhill. Receptionists is rude as hell, and when you ask questions she gets angry. I simply wanted to come in to get a look at a broken retainer and just keep getting the run around. I will take my business elsewhere and for sure don’t recommend coming here or anyone else! Dr. Meckler, you should be ashamed.
