After having a botched surgery for Pudendal Nerve Entrapment in 2010 and was left in as much pain, if not more after the surgery, I finally decided to give it another go and chose a different surgeon. I found Dr. Antolak on the same website as I found the other surgeon, PudendalHope.info. I flew out to MN from Michigan and met with him. Within minutes of introducing himself he could tell where my pain was coming from just by the way I was sitting. Did nothing but hurt and exacerbate my symptoms. He insisted new symptoms were not relevant to my current complaints. He did not listen and did not have empathy or sympathy for his patient’s pain - especially what he caused during “testing”.

I went to see Dr. Antolak in September of 2013 and in 20 minutes, he diagnosis me with PTE and said I needed surgery. He did his test with a pin prick along with an nerve block and said to set up an appointment for surgery. So, in November of 2013, I flew out there from Michigan and had the surgery. I stayed in the hospital and was drugged up most of the time, so when he visited to ask me if I had any questions, I didn't have any at that time. Just before I left the hospital, I had asked him if I would be able to urinate and... read more
