Took my elderly mother to her annual exam. They told us to be there 15 minutes early . When we get there, they hand us a tablet with 1000 questions that must be filled out correctly and completely to check us in. Doesn't reception get paid to check people in? Some questions on this tablet were confusing for me, I'm not sure how an elderly person gets through the process on their own. I enjoy being treated by the Dr Feil. I've had both cataract's done and I'm very pleased by the outcome on both visits. I've read some of the others telling of long wait times. This is expected. Some patients need more time to get the help they need, Questions answered, etc. Staff is always helpful with any questions I have with billing, and is always ready to help. I had questions about the procedure and after care, all which take sometimes a little more time then someone that is just getting a eye exam. I've never been rus... read more
The doctors here are outstanding my father see’s doctor Feil & other doctors there. They all give outstanding service. Yes, the wait can be long at times. I only gave 2 stars even though the doctors deserve 5 stars. But, I do have to say the front desk girls are unprofessional, they are rude and unfriendly. They will not acknowledge you. That’s my reason for the low stars. Doctor Feil has been my fathers doctor for more then a decade, in fact he used to see doctor Feil’s father before he retired. So pretty long time.
