Dr. Donovan has proven to be one of the most unethical and unprofessional doctors I have ever had the displeasure of being seen by. After Dr. Donovan diagnosed me with bladder cancer, I was made to wait 3 weeks for the scheduled surgery. Dr. Donovan scheduled a surgery for the morning of September 14th and on the 13th, I was told by the hospital that it was not a morning surgery, but an afternoon surgery and that I should call the doctor’s office directly to address the scheduling issue. Arrogant, short tempered, very short on time-always rushed, but (we think/hope) competent surgeon. If you are looking for a surgeon who looks to you to be a part of the decision making together, or one who will take the time to sit and listen respectfully to your concerns and questions--go elsewhere.
I"ve been a patient of Dr. Kraus for 25 years and will not go to another Urologist. He is a little energetic, but he does give you the time you need to have anything explained. His office staff is great and the nurse Maria is also a joy to work with. Never a problem with my buddy Stan.....
Dr Fitz was with me every step of the way from the office visits prior to surgery to the day of the procedure and then after. Very caring and I would recommend him to anyone.
It was beyond terrible when he took out a stent without anesthesia.
Dr.Krause ,took the time to explain everything he was doing and what was going to happen he just moved a little to fast for me jumping from room to room made me question hand washing inbetween ! I liked him very much and would recommend him .I had to come back for a procedure it was a good experience my only negative was the bathroom was dirty, Prell dispenser was empty 2 weeks .
Dr,Fitzgdrald is in my opinion one of the best. Takes the time needed to explain and is generally interested in your condition. Thoughtful and extemely professiona. His appointment staff however not so much.When a long time faithful patient calls with an immediate concern and wanting to see him witb an urgent matter they could care less. No contingency made for these calls at all and they refuse to make any acceptions and some do it with arrogance..
Found my prostate cancer in 2015 ... 3 1/2 years later PSA less than .5%. Caring compassionate man who has been supportive every step of the way. Took the time to answer all of my and my wife's questions.
Dr. Morgan is a wonderful caring doctor. I was so impressed with his thoroughness, compassion and listening skills, very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I felt well taken care of. That's the sign of a great Doctor. Will go out of his way to help you anytime. It's easy to see why this doctor is at the top of his field! Great staff. Supportive doctor. One of the best offices to get in and out of quickly I would highly recommend his practice to anyone.
