Prescribed very expensive antibiotic that gave me side effects. Changed to a more common one that is contraindicated with my level of kidney disease. In other words, I should never take it! When I mentioned my kidney disease, he did not even know what I was talking about, although it is the first thing I tell all new doctors. It appears he never read the chart or listened to me. Dr. Frankel has seen me several times. He always takes time to clearly explain my options, and answers questions. Every staff member that I've met so far is friendly and professional.
Dr. Kraus and his staff have been excellent throughout every step of this journey. We found him to be caring and thorough. His explanations and follow up have been shared with empathy. As a nurse, I would absolutely recommend Dr. Kraus.
Went as a support with my husband for a vasectomy consult. He didn’t acknowledge my presence the entire time (introduced himself to my husband but ignored me completely) until I spoke up to advocate for my husband who has PTSD from service and needs medication for medical procedures to help with severe anxiety. He was not understanding at all. Never asked my name, or let my husband or I explain the severity of his PTSD without interrupting. He has 1 way of doing patient care and if you don’t fall into it I guess you’re SOL
Dr. Donavan is an excellent doctor. I drive from New Hampshire to see him. He is very knowledgeable and explains everything clearly. I highly recommend him.
Whatever he gave me to prevent pain didn't work or at least he didn't wait long enough for it to kick in. This was the most horrifying experience in my life. I watched as he cut into my scrotum and felt everything he did. I complained and he ignored me. I was sweating and screaming through the procedure. He didn't care at all about how I was doing. DO NOT USE THIS DOCTOR!!!
No empathy, didn't seem interested in really helping, tried to rush me out
The worst doctor in my entire life, always in rush with patient , doesn't explain and he doesn't also take questions, i will never recommend a such doctor, i went there 2 times it was a waste of time and money
He may have experience in his field but his bedside manner is outrageous. Felt simply like a number to him. He does not listen to his patients and I’m not the only one who left this type of review. Unfortunately I had no choice since I was assigned to him in ER. His attitude made me feel belittled. His associates even complained about him which is usually unheard of. I am now going to Boston for professionalism.
