State of the Art Urgent Care Facility This is the third time I have visited the Urgency Room. I had a severe case of the flu. I was extremely sick, and uncomfortable and very crabby. My doctor and my nurse were the best. I got in and got out. That's exactly what I wanted. They checked me out completely. I got a prescription and I was on my way. The best out there! I have been to the Urgency Room numerous times for myself and my children. I can only praise their customer service. They are fast and friendly, and they actually treat you instead of passing you off with aspirin. I will always recommend them to my friends and collegues. They are the best, I have been to so many hospitals, emergency rooms, and urgent care centers, and The Urgency Room is the best!! Hands Down...
Urgent Care I have been to this Urgent Care several times. mostly for my daughter but recently for myself. I ended up having strep throat and I did not have a long wait at all. I was helped quickly and efficiently. I recommend it to others.
Worst Urgent care and staff in town! Very Unpleasant staff (front receptionist)and quack doctor! I wish I had not given my personal information... I'm worried! Place was very dirty. Patients are not a priority and they made comments about not wanting to be there. If you care about yourself...You should not go here... You might end up more sick, mad or identity stolen! Beware!
Friendly staff but questionable care I recently visited the Cary location of this urgent care center for a chronic and worsening cough. Immediately upon my arrival I was greeted by a friendly woman at the front desk who assisted me with check-in and insurance information. The wait in the morning (around 9:00 a.m. on a weekday) was very short. The nurse who initially examined me was also quite pleasant. Good office Nice clean office to visit when you need an urgent care. Doctors are nice and friendly. I have never had to wait more than 15 minutes to be seen. They have given me a hard time about my insurance before even though I had all my information with me. Other than that though they have been great and provided good care.
Nextcare is there when we need them. My kids are always getting sick or hurt when the Pediatrician is closed. We use them quite often. The waiting room is close quarters so you could catch something else but you can limit your time in there by registering on line and then the wait time isn't so long. The Dr's are knowledgeable and good with the kids.
When you need to see a doctor quickly I stopped in at about 9am on a weekday without an appointment and had about a 20-25 minute wait which wasn't bad considering. When I left the office, almost every seat in the waiting room was filled, so early timing makes a difference. This is a relatively new office. Staff and doctors were efficient and courteous. ms. I recently moved to Arizona and was without health insurane temporarily and didnt have a primary MD. An aquaintance recommended Nextcare Urgent care to me.I went to Nextcare and am so thankful I did. I was seen by a Physician once and by PA's the remainder of the time. I had an Incision and drainage performed by a PA and managed by PA's almost daily during follow up appts.YURIY The PA was EXCELLENT!!!!
