Spring 2024 unresolved issues caught up with me and I found myself in a dark, scary place. Come early summer I was diagnosed with anxiety and ended up on the "drug merry-go-round". At that time I made the decision to seek professional help, I was not going to remain on drugs in order to face each day and simply exist. Having dealt with a lot of childhood trauma and a young pregnancy, I felt very lost. Dr. Stan was not only someone I could trust, but he looked out for me and made sure I was okay. He validated my feelings and showed me compassion like I had never experienced. I can say without a doubt Dr. Stan is my role model. He restored my happiness and trust in others. Dr. Stan is a great Therapist, he helped me see where my anxieties came from and how to deal with it, it was like reading a book about your life and seeing where things went wrong and analyzing it. after 8 sessions I now feel like I'm on a good path and look forward to the Future.
A wonderful psychologist all the way around. I cannot recommend him enough.
Dr. Stan was amazing, he genuinely cares about his patients and loves his job and you can tell from the moment you meet him. He’s invested and pushes you when you need it. He’s the kind of doctor that wants to help you get better so you don’t spend all of your life in therapy but living it instead.
