Dr. B has always scheduled my appointments same day or next day.. She is a very good Dr. She has even called the Hospital when I was at her office & got me set up for testing which was the same day…I drove from her office to the hospital..I would highly recommend her, she’s the best!!
Avoid at all cost, she misses appointments and takes forever to reschedule and then finds reasons not to see you. I have text messages showing how unprofessional and horribly rude her staff is and the doctor herself, been almost a year and still waiting for them to schedule my colonoscopy from my very first visit with her, she treated my 84 year old mother in law with great disrespect.
Horrible experience with Dr. Banerjee. At first, she was great and took the time to sit down and listen to your concerns. After about a month, she canceled or did not show up for several appointments, never gave me my lab results, found out that she never sent in the prior authorization to get my prescriptions filled, and never scheduled my annual cancer prevention scans.
Wonderful Doc. She identified issues I was having that I forgot to mention. Very competent clinician with a good bedside manner. Rare to find both in healthcare.
