As bad as it is to have to go to the ER, this was the most pleasant experience I've ever had with a doctor in my 40 years! She seemed genuinely concerned, took her time to explain treatment to me and answered all of my questions. She was able to "dumb it down" enough for me to understand, rather than most doctors using medical terms that no one understands unless you're a doctor.
I brought my wife to Legacy Salmon Creek ER earlier today. She was seen by Dr. Staci Kristin. Dr. Kristin did a very thorough examination of my wife, ordered and reviewed several tests and called her current physician to formulate a plan of treatment. Dr. Kristin answered all our questions without any rush, and appeared very thorough and knowledgeable. We were very pleased with Dr. Kristin's care.
