Dr. Searson and her nurse were professional, caring providers UNTIL I unknowingly interrupted the doctor’s “long overdue girls overnight” weekend. Dr. Searson's frustrations and lack of establishing immediate after-hours contact boundaries, which I would have respected without question if reminded, along with the frustrations of an insurance authorization led to an extremely unprofessional series of texts and emails from Dr. Searson ultimately dismissing me as her patient. Dr. Searson and her nurse Hollister cared for myself, my husband and my two children during the year we lived in Charlotte. I can not say enough good things about this practice! They truly care about their patients and are such lovely people.
