Was contacted 5 minutes before our appointment and told we couldn't be seen because our pregnancy wasn't considered high risk, even though our dr in another state (we just moved here) said we were high risk and absolutely need to be seen before week 8. We were told someone in the office made a mistake. They rescheduled us for week 10 which hopefully is fine but my wife is nervous and scared and their customer service was rude and did not try to at all to accommodate. Dr. Ehrenberg has been hands down the best provider I have seen in a while. From her professionalism to her knowledge. I was referred to her for an emergency procedure and am so thankful that I got her. The care I received was exceptional and trust her with all my future procedures if needed.
