have a bladder nodule to be looked at and waited months and months to be seen by a doctor, so i got a doctor from commonwealth health and was seen asap and had more done in one day than i had waiting for months to even see a doctor, i would give a 0 rating if i can! will never ever go there again! they have nurses there that don't even know what their doing! been there a couple of time and never got to see a doctor! here is your 0 rating!

Gesinger you need to do way better in the emergency room area. My wife sat with my stepson for almost 6 hours in the waiting area and at 2:30 in the morning in the freaking morning they finally get back in the room. This is unacceptable! now she has been in the room waiting on a nurse or doctor to see my stepson. What gives with you people!

I have sat for 4 hours in the ER with chest pain. And they have taken 5 to 6 people back before me that have only been here for 10 to 15 minutes. I had a good experience last night with my migraine but today has been absolutely awful.

I had excellent care.I went into a thyroid storm and went into CHF and was resuscitated.Those doctors saved my life,they are my forever Angels.If it wasn't for them I would be here to tell my story to many people.I am a miracle.I was hospitalized there January 1,2012.I was in there for about 2 weeks.I am from Louisiana and lived in Pa. for almost 10 months.I miss my doctors as they were awesome.Thank you Geisinger for those doctors saving my life.I am still going strong after all those years.

I believe that the urgent care system needs to re-evaluate their acceptable patient loads since they accept both patients who schedule appointments as well as walk-ins. After today's visit I am highly disgusted with what I have experienced. I had an appointment and showed up 10 minutes early. After sitting in the waiting room for 45 minutes, I was finally taken back to the exam room where I waited for another hour and 15 minutes. I realize there are rules to follow for certain meds but when you are asked to take a drug screen the day before your meds are do and the weekend is coming people should move a little faster I am looking at not getting my meds until Monday preliminary results are in waiting for confirmation. You want us to be nice there are signs up everywhere to be kind yet the patient is treated so poorly

I would not recommend this place. Drove an hour and 20 minutes! There's a person at the door to help with directions. Gave me and another man THE WRONG directions. I was in the building for over 20 minutes looking for where we were to be. Mind you, I asked 3 other people who worked there. All to finally get to my son's apt 20 minutes late for the doctor not to take us because it was the end of her day.

In November 2021 my son presented to the Geisinger ER with Bilateral Covid Pneumonia & was discharged from the ER with no treatment. 911 was called the day after due to his difficulty breathing and an oxygen level of 77. He was taken to a different hospital where he was placed on a ventilator then transferred to Geisinger Danville Med Surg South ICU. The Med Surg South ICU staff & doctors saved his life. The ER was pathetic. I can not say enough about the wonderful staff in the Med Surg South ICU.
