My mom is an 86 year old pt. She supposedly was ten minutes late for her appointment. The office manager Donna said she could not be seen that day. I was very upset as a daughter so I called the office. Donna proceeded to to tell me my mom should have left earlier. Then she told me if I was a good daughter I would have brought my mom to her appointment. Rude staff at the front desk and Worst experience on our first appointment! We were running just 5 mns late due to bad winter weather and called up their office to let them Know that we are late and the lady on phone said ok no problem! But when we were at their office the lady at the reception bluntly told us you have to reschedule we can’t take you in today!! Been going to Dr. Beltz and staff for about 20 yrs. Caring, prompt, informative, competent, and friendly. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
