Been to a lot of Dental Offices in Charlotte but I finally found a home at Genesis. A great experience on every level.
Awesome experience!! From the time you walk in the door the tone is set. You will be greeted by a friendly face and a smile. Appointment times are always met, so there is no waiting. The entire staff is friendly, super professional, and you can feel they all love what they do. They really take care of you and make your experience an enjoyable one. I definitely recommend Genesis family dentistry to anyone looking for a great dental office.
While the office is nice, and new, and high tech, the pricing reflects a strong focus on upselling. I would recommend visiting a more established practice with a less sales driven approach. This office is close to where I live and my husband went with minimal issues, they recommended he get Invisalign his first appt. I scheduled an appointment for xrays and a cleaning.
