Service at the Leavenworth clinic is just absolutely horrible. After my procedure they did not send the results to my Primary physician. I dont see the point of paying again for a follow up visit just to tell me the results. And they never bothered to schedule a follow up visit to top it off. I had to personally go to the clinic to pickup the results which had medical terms I dont understand. Wait another 2 weeks to get an appointment for me to pay again just for him to explain to me the results. Scam. Never again.
