I have a special needs son, and everyone in the office was very nice to my son. They talked to him and didn't just bypass him and talk to me. Totally recommend them. Everyone from the ladies at the front desk to the lady that took us to the room. To the Dr. .
Dr. Murthy was kind enough to accept me as a new patient. I could not be more thankful. He is calm, very informed and has experience which is so valuable as a physician. I am a licensed Florida Physician, however retired. We reviewed blood work and all of his advice was so appreciated. The entire office is a delight and easy to work with. Kudos to this practice of medicine and I am thankful they were considerate and complete in every way possible !
I love Dr Murthy but his front desk help was rude including hanging up on me. I asked to speak to a nurse was told she had just left so I asked to speak to the other nurse. Got told I had to tell front desk person I politely told her I didn’t want to talk to her as she could give me an opinion about the issue. She informed me she had to know I told her I’d just call Monday she rudely told me they would be in clinicals so she would still need to know.
