The low score is based on incompetent scheduling in the doctors office. Cancelled pre-op appt, told it wasn't necessary for cardiac ablation surgery, if you have questions call. 18 hours before surgery and after having all labs, scans and covid testing done, my husband( the patient), taking time off to get those required tests done and time off for surgery and recovery, as his wife I also cleared my schedule for two days to care for him.
