I love Dr. Koneru. She's smart & kind. However, someone messed up in her office. Dr. De Lorenzo whom I've never heard of who has NEVER treated me or seen me decided placed a limitation on my Rx refill that has never been there and NOBODY can tell me why. Nor did the office bother to let the patient know so I will know moving forward. Not until i went to Kroger i didn't find out of it.
