Dr Gottikonda and the entire practice is excellent. I didn't know her, my family doctor appointment facilitator was the one who arranged my first appointment. I thank God first and second Dr Guttikonda for handling my thyroid treatment very well. With my 3 visits so far my levels are back to normal. She spends time to listen and answer all my questions and concerns. I cannot thank them enough.
I have a Medicare advantage program with a contracted copay, the billing department is now billing me for the difference between what amount they usually get and the adjusted government payment for service allowance. Don't guess they know that's illegal.
She is very punctual, knowledgeable and I have results to show this. My A1C scores were in the mid 7s, then she prescribed me Ozempic. I've lost 40 pounds and my last 2 A1C scores were 5.2 and 5.4. Obviously she nailed it! Her and Ozempic have changed this part of my life.
