Dr. Spotless could improve by not calling the police on cars that are parked out of the way on their lot during a snow storm due to the inability to climb the large hill next door while they're closed(seasonally closed, not hours) I was only parked there for the 10 minutes it took me to run to my apartment down the hill and back. Rather than confront me and ask what the matter was while I was walking up to my car (while he sat in his truck) he decided to call the police instead. The customer service I received today was the best ever! I was cleaning out the back of my hubby truck which was horrible! Lol. The man, older black man, told me to back up to the dumpster gave me a broom and shovel. Yes it was that bad. He was very polite and so cordial. I'm from Independence and will go back to Liberty to use this car wash. Oh and his truck is now beautifully cleaned.
