First time in was today and we drove 2+ hours to see the guys it was great the store is amazing THANKS for putting on such a good program
D&R sports is my one stop before home they have almost everything to offer and is a great environment! If you haven't been here pop in for all your outdoor sporting needs!
RecommendedMe and my son who was about 4 came up there when Kevin and bill dance was there at the same time and we went to see Bill and he was on his lunch break well we had to get to Detroit to pick up my sister coming in on an airplane so we didn't have any time to wait while he was on his lunch break and he found out and came out and got us and we went and ate lunch with Bill dance it was really cool lots of memories at DNR sports for my family. A great store to shop at and great people to help you with whatever you need
I love this place, from the guys out back(Ron, Jason, Tim,Steve) to everyone in the store(pat, Nate, etc.) can't beat the knowledge, and passion for customer service! I have had nothing but great service from the sales staff while buying my boat, the service department always making my fishing addiction a priority, to the conversations in the store with the whole staff. No one else gets my business
Got my boat in and repaired in a couple of days. I wanted to use it this fall. Good job out of the service department.
Customer service has really went down hill with this place over the last couple of years. They're still a few good employees but the last 4 times I've been in the store I have had a negative experience. I loved shopping here but I feel that I will start taking my business elsewhere.
Extremely unprofessional sales staff. Cracking jokes about people who didn't like waiting 2 months for their new boats to be prepped while half of the shop guys stood inside the show room doing nothing for 2 hours I was there. If I were to buy a new boat again I wouldn't for life of me buy from them again. Go to the little guy, these guys don't value a damn bit of business they get
