Absolute crap. Front desk had my information for over 1 week to tell me at my appointment (which they were already late for) that i need another consultation on top of the one i had received (btw do not opt for the medical consult without the md- it’s free for a reason). Unbelievable. I’ve worked at a md office and this is highly irregular to make an appt without proper information from insurance: completely incompetent behavior.
