You might find a physician you like here, but working with this staff is the most frustrating and worst customer experience I’ve endured in any industry. I suggest going elsewhere if you value your time and sanity.
Dr Wolf is great!
Dr Wolf is great, but the reception staff is the worst! Three of them manning the desk, not one of them say "We'll be right with you." Very rude folks. Made me wait 5 minutes and then told me I was late and I had to reschedule. This was after I walked up the stairs to find the door was locked and had to walk back down the stairs and take the elevator. I had prechecked in so there was no paperwork that I had to do. I usually have to sit 20 to 30 minutes in the lobby and additional time in the doctor's office. Poor way to trea... read more
