I needed to establish a relationship with a new dentist due to insurance changes. I chose Dr. Faddis based on comments and reviews, and after finding him on my insurance list of available dentists. I was not disappointed. In fact, I was very impressed. The office staff and all the technicians, including the hygienist, were all very professional, friendly and helpful. I would be a five star for Dr Faddis except for the extremely poor phone customer service. I called to changed my appointment date. And the woman I spoke to said she couldn't give me information. I didn't ask for any information. This office will get back to me to cancel a appointment . And they will get back to me to make a appointment. Hello! I was right there on the phone talking to you! Modern Dentistry is impressive! I had a cracked crown. In his office he removed old crown with new crown that he makes on a 3d printer and puts it in. My appt was 10:30 and was out by Noon! No more waiting 2 weeks for crown to be made and you have to go back, those days are over! Dr Faddis and his staff are very helpful and friendly.
