We had a brilliant experience as Nathan explained what the problem with our power outage in our apartment. He was there only 5 minutes and identified what the issue was. A previous electrician advised we would have to replace the whole electrical distribution box as it was 'burnt out'. At a cost of $3,000 !! It turned out we had a electrical short in our cooktop! Will definitely be contacting Nathan again, and advising our friends to do so !
