We've had an exceptional experience with this business. In light of the hurricane wrecking a lot of people's spas, we were very understanding and compassionate of the circumstances. We personally had two go down and now they're both up and working. These things take time. People need to be more understanding of circumstantial situations that are out of people's control.
Unreliable. Called to have my spa serviced. Never showed up when he said he would over the course of two weeks. Had to hire someone else. Poor communication. Would not recommend.
