I had a bad experience at Renova. I booked a new patient appoint for an annual exam. Staff and doctor were polite, but the doctor did not perform a physical. I was asked my height and weight instead of it being checked. My bllod pressure was taken and my blood was drawn for lab work. That was my 10 minute physical. Being 43 I've had numerous physicals and that was the most un thorough rushed physical I've ever had in my life. I hope I'm only billed for labwork because that's all I received.
