Instead of disregarding a patient's knowledge about their own insurance and coverage, YOUR office should have been trying to figure things out. My carrier wanted to speak to you directly to tell you that I'm not required to pay any fee for X-Rays. Most coverages allow X-rays as a part of preventative. Did you listen? No, You attempted to make me feel pressured and when I said NO, I'm not paying, you became upset. I'm very knowledgeable about what's covered, when I go to a provider. I love her work & the treatment plans she advises. Very professional & easy to talk to. I highly recommend Masters Dentistry as a whole ! I don't usually give reviews, but I had to take a moment to acknowledge the wonderful work Dr. Sophia & the staff has done for me. The atmosphere & energy there is amazing as well !
