This is more about the group practice Premiere (better than Optum) but still not great. The phone system itself is a nightmare because you can’t directly call the specific front desk of your specific doctor . This is clearly more about the corporation than it is about the doctor. It is already very disappointing to have some short notice for dr to be relocating and leaving practice. I totally am empathetic as a female to doctors who need to be closer to the families.
