All of our (many) encounters with Dr Elms throughout the pregnancy were excellent. We especially appreciated that being our first she always accommodated our requests and without hesitation spent the considerable time needed to explain the processes to us and answer our questions. Her calm and professional manner made the experience as best as possible and we were tremendously relived that she was available to to deliver our baby that arrived prematurely. After being referred to her by Dr. Sarika, she made us feel comfortable and confident throughout the rest of our pregnancy journey. Dr. Elmes was thorough, attentive, and always available to address our concerns. Her calm and reassuring approach made all the difference during what could have been a stressful time. I saw Dr Sophie for my 3rd pregnancy. Previously having 2 miscarriages. Any concerns I had she saw me that day or at least phoned me to discuss the matter. She is very professional, super thorough and has a good sense of humour to match. Her receptionist Donna is also super accomodating and welcoming. Cannot recommend enough :) thank you again!
