A while ago, when I was a poor student, I visited this dental office to receive treatment for my teeth. The receptionist was extremely rude to me and asked if I could afford the payment. Mind you, I had my insurance. While on the phone, they said they could accept my insurance, but once I arrived, she told me that they couldn't take me and asked me to pay before seeing the dentist. I was particularly disgusted by the way she was acting. Please learn some professional manners and privacy laws before you give such nasty commen... read more

As a Korean, I was excited to see a Korean dentist who has great reviews. However, the experience with the receptionist (a Korean old lady) was not pleasant at all. In fact, I don't think I will be comfortable going back to see the dentist because I can't trust thereceptionist. I am not even sure if she is a nurse because she did not introduce herself as a nurse or was not involvedin the treatment session.
