I just love Dr. V She’s patient, knowledgeable, empathizing and all about her business. The staff makes you feel important and comfortable.
I am very surprised at some of these reviews. Yes I know she changed office so I am assuming the transition was not the best. I have been going to her for a few years now. Just did my 2nd colonoscopy with no issues. Dr Ventour is very thorough and I feel safe under her care.
This doctor is the worst. Every time I saw her she didn’t look at my chart to see my history- I was having severe issues - after doing an upper endoscopy she told me I had a hiatal hernia and basically dismissed me. When my symptoms persisted I tried to get an appointment and had to wait 6 weeks. I had pain in my abdomen- this time she said it was an umbilical hernia. After finally getting a cat scan I found out I have pancreatic cancer. Don’t go to this doctor
I never saw her, first I scheduled for 5/13/25 the staff changed my appointment for 5/21/25 at 9:30, them the day before staff called me and changed the time to noon instead of 9:30 am, and the day of the appointment when I was on my way they sent me a text letting me know that the appointment was canceled, I miss my job and school because of this
