I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Sonu Marthur, dental hygienist Isabell, and the entire staff. Everyone was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and honest, which made me feel very comfortable and well taken care of. I cannot recommend Dr. Sonu Mathur and her team enough! My 3-year-old just had an incredible visit that far exceeded my expectations. Our hygienist, Isabelle, was a total pro—she made my child feel so comfortable that they were actually excited to demonstrate their brushing technique. The absolute best dentist the PNW. She will never leave you waiting in pain. She make sure you are always happy with your teeth and checked in on me after every procedure ensuring my recovery was comfortable. The doctor also has great relationships with all the other doctors in the area. This means I have never had to wait in pain for care outside of her scope. She even answered my call at 10pm on a weekend. I can't say enough great things about Dr. Mathur!
I sought Dr Mathur for an urgent appointment for tooth decay. She was prompt with her response and saw me the very same day. I had severe tooth decay on all my wisdom teeth, a cavity and cleaning. She prioritized extraction and personally introduced me to the dentist next door for urgent appointment. She goes above and beyond for her patients and I highly recommend her for quick and comfortable consultation, and treatment!
My last cleaning there was a year ago. I'm extremely angry. They didn't listen when I told them the xray bite wings were cutting me and making my mouth bleed. They then left me alone in a room with etching acid in my mouth and no suction and no where to spit and no one to ask for help, no one at the desk for over 5 minutes. I had burns on my gums and cheeks. I found a new dentist who actually listens now and turns out I have a cavity from the etching acid carvingout my tooth.
