I absolutely love Mona Lisa and her service, I’ve never come across a doctor like her in my 25 years. However i find the reception staff to be blunt and rude, they give short, snappy answers and the attitude i get it is almost like i shouldn't of asked the question. Sometimes, i dont even get a ‘bye’ back, they just hang up. Sue is the only one that i find to be lovely at the front desk.
Why the centre says open if there will be no doctors on the premises.. so bad
1st January 2025 Amazing clinic and I have seen Jim Psycharis for over 30 years. I find him helpful, funny but serious when needed. The reception staff are fabulous. I just wanted to state that the clinic is currently closed as they have no drs due to.xhristmas breaks.
Would give 10 stars if I could. The ladies at front desk are so helpful and have always supported my family and I, even helping with emergencies and last minute appointments. Dr Monalisa is a medical genius who deserves the absolute world. I have never come across a more caring and attentive doctor in my 32 years. She monitored the progress of my first pregnancy with a fine tooth comb and ensured my mental health was in check. Never ever does she rush an appointment either.
