I had a lovely experience during my pregnancy with Dr. Howard and her office staff! We instantly became, well, friends and I was glad I selected her for my doctor. My son was delivered without issues and Dr. Howard made my first and only pregnancy experience a meaningful one. If I have a second baby I'll be contacting her again!!
Problems: 1) Filled out release form MONTH BEFORE appt & was notified on day of appt that records were never received. 2) Later received bill upwards of $300 for lab work that I already had done at prior DR office. I let Dr. Howard know that I already had lab work done for this pregnancy, but was told that these tests were "different"....they weren't. 3) I scheduled 9:30 appt, but rescheduled for 1:30. Was told they'd update my time...they did NOT; Therefore, long wait time..seriously! BEWARE!
