Do no go here!! They are totally incompetent; the whole staff is useless!They will waste your time and take your money and when it comes time for an appointment; no show!! Why can't we charge them a no show fee? I intend to report to the TMB .. these people do not know how to conduct business at all.. so many excuses. Do better
I do not recommend Alamo Diabetes and Endocrinology. For over a year, I’ve had constant issues getting prescriptions refilled or adjusted. They confirm refills but never follow through, leaving me without necessary medication. They also rarely answer the phone or respond to messages. During my high-risk pregnancy, they ignored my insulin increase request, leading to heart complications for my baby. My OB handled it immediately, proving the delay was unnecessary. Nurse Nancy was fantastic. She went over my labs and gave me the praise and encouragement I needed. We discussed next steps to be taken. Very happy with her suggestions. Made my appointments with the other specialists.
