Poorly ran office. Dr. Rivera and her staff only care about taking the insurance’s money. I hadn’t been there for over two years which is truly my fault. However, I called the office asking for help with a mandated UHC referral required by my insurance to see a podiatrist because I have a terrible toe infection. They refused to give me one because I hadn’t been there in over two years and needed a visit. The foot doctors office even called them also and they still refused. Dr. Martinez is an excellent doctor. She listens to her patients, she's patient and explains what her finding are. She also makes sure you know why she is prescribing certain medications.
