The front office scheduling team is such a farce- my media call was changed- and I got booted, no 14-30 days- nothing as a no show! I don’t recommend Sonya Krishnan, D.O. shes obviously homophobic and an angry person- slamming the doors open and shouting in the front office my insurance company doesn’t pay enough- I’m an elderly disabled veteran and we were astonished at her total and unprofessional behaviour- childlike even My husband and I have found claiming to being affiliated with Hoag is nothing. The doctor was prompt, very pleasant and informative. She was easy to converse with. I look forward to my follow up appt. I might add that she was very pretty too!! Surely from the positive comments she will be able to help with my osteoporosis diagnosis.
Dr. Grewal is excellent, she helped me with my osteoporosis diagnosis. She is extremely thorough and caring. I feel so much better now than I did three weeks ago. Thank you Dr. Grewal much appreciated!
cares little for her patients. very rude as well.
I leave messages, no one calls back. The staff seem okay except with all the signs in the office not to treat the staff badly, you notice they are not the friendliest group of women, more annoyed by your presence, but hey, I am not there to see them, but Dr. Grewal, if I can get anyone to answer or return messages.
