I love Dr.rico I went to her as a child and so did my sister she is the best now my son will start to see her I just moved back to Orlando and was so happy to see her still practicing medicine this is amazing and makes me so happy
She is my doctor before I remember her a lot
Very unprofessional refuse to give daughter shots, keep rescheduling me to the point they won’t take us. Already two months I’ve tried to fix the insurance and the refuse to do as directed by insurance to now tell me they won’t take new patients even though we’ve been there twice already. All they have to do is fax a form over.
Worst experience ever. Staff is great, nurse was amazing but the doctor looks like she doesn't have patience for kids. She was bothered by the baby crying and was in a rush even though the waiting room was empty. She ignored one of my questions to which I had to repeat myself to get a half answer. Will never take my baby to this doctor again.
