I don't know about the other 2 offices, but the Coppell one is terrible. The staff is slow, didn't verify insurance until 30 mins before appointment, and not nice. Dr. Louca is very aggressive in treatment plan, she said my son has 10 cavities and may need crown for 3 of them, and will need 4 different visits, with valium, funny gas or even whole body general anesthetic (which none is covered by insurance at all).
